You choose: keep the original price and prioritize the booked checklist, or approve additional cleaning at **$60 per service hour**. Nothing gets added to your bill without your approval. 1 service hour = 1 cleaner for 1 hour or 2 cleaners for 30 minutes. **Crew size may change.** Your clean may be completed by one cleaner or a team. We plan staffing around the home, the clean, and the schedule, but we don’t guarantee a specific number of cleaners. One cleaner may work longer; a larger team may finish sooner. If you want something else handled, ask us before the appointment. ### We check our work Before leaving, your cleaner checks each room they could access against the checklist and takes photos where helpful. ### If the home needs more work We stop and call. You can keep the original price and prioritize the booked checklist, or approve additional cleaning at $60 per service hour.
