Half of the positive, tax-adjusted charges fell from $143.75 to $220.00\. This company-owned history does not estimate the wider Lowcountry market or any direct cleaner's pricing. Commercial bookings are outside the analysis. Charge statistics use 112 qualifying positive-charge appointments.

## How we built this guide

We reviewed residential appointments with completion timestamps from January 1 through a local snapshot captured September 7, 2026\. A row qualified only when its home location matched Charleston or another explicitly configured local community. Office and light-commercial work was omitted. Bedroom percentages use only rows with a stated bedroom count. Charge metrics use the 112 positive totals after removing sales tax.

Our records describe Tidy + Bright bookings, not every Charleston household or provider. They cannot establish that direct or company-supported cleaning is inherently better.
