This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request a quote, book or receive a cleaning, communicate with us, or apply for a cleaning opportunity.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number, service address, or general location.
  • Requested service, home details, scheduling preferences, quote details, messages, service notes, before-and-after service photos, entry codes, alarm instructions, pet instructions, and other access instructions.
  • Booking, payment, appointment, and customer-support information.
  • Information submitted through website quote and support forms, including page URL, referral and campaign information, timestamp, IP address, and communications-consent choice.
  • Job application information, including contact details, city, availability, experience, qualifications, and application answers.

We may also receive information from Meta-hosted Instant Forms when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Meta collects that information on its platform and provides it to us so we can respond to your request.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to quote requests, support messages, and other inquiries.
  • Estimate, schedule, confirm, provide, and document cleaning services.
  • Process payments, maintain records, and administer our business.
  • Communicate about appointments, pricing, service updates, and satisfaction.
  • Review applications and communicate about cleaning opportunities.
  • Improve our website, services, customer support, operations, and marketing.
  • Protect against fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and legal claims.

Calls, texts, and email

If you request a quote, contact us, or book a service, we may call, text, or email you about that request or service. If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may occasionally send offers or promotional messages. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent service-related messages that are reasonably necessary for an active quote, booking, payment, or customer-support matter.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies, and Cloudflare Analytics to understand website traffic, interactions, performance, security, and reliability. Depending on the provider and configuration, these services may process device and browser information, referral and page activity, IP address, and approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Some website features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled, and browser controls may not remove information already received by a third-party service.

AI-assisted operations

Authorized personnel may use cloud-based artificial intelligence tools, including services provided by Anthropic and OpenAI, to help draft, organize, summarize, or review customer-support and administrative work. Relevant customer or applicant information may be processed when reasonably needed for those tasks. We limit use to legitimate business purposes, and our personnel remain responsible for final communications and decisions. We do not use these tools to make solely automated decisions about service eligibility or cleaning opportunities.

These providers handle information under their own terms, including the Anthropic Privacy Policy and OpenAI Privacy Policy.

How we share information

We may share necessary customer information with the assigned cleaning professional and other contractors so they can perform and document the requested service. This may include the service address, before-and-after service photos, entry codes, alarm instructions, pet instructions, other access instructions, service notes, and contact information.

We may share information among affiliated brands and personnel that provide centralized customer support, scheduling, recruiting, billing, or administrative services. We may also share information with service providers that support hosting, data storage, booking, payments, communications, internal notifications, analytics, security, and email.

We use Supabase to store and manage information submitted through our website forms. Information handled by Supabase is subject to the Supabase Privacy Policy.

We use Fieldd for online booking and scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. Information entered through Fieldd is handled under the Fieldd Privacy Policy. Payment information submitted through Stripe is handled under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently collect or use sensitive personal information for advertising.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or system can guarantee complete security.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our operations. Retention varies based on the information and why it was collected.

Your privacy choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Children and third-party services

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website may link to third-party websites, forms, or booking platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of the page.
