Is this the right clean for your home?
Choose a Deep Clean if cabinet fronts, baseboards, door frames, or reachable surfaces need more than maintenance dusting. It is also a sensible starting point before recurring service when the home needs an initial reset. If your home is already maintained, a recurring clean may be the better fit; if it is empty for a move, the move-in / move-out package includes a different set of interior tasks.
What is included?
- Recurring kitchen tasks: counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, microwave inside and out, and appliance exteriors.
- Bathroom fixtures, mirrors, counters, tubs and showers, plus heavier soap scum and hard-water buildup. Permanent stains or damage may remain.
- Baseboards, door frames, cabinet and drawer fronts, range hood exterior, and reachable detail dusting.
- Accessible tile and grout surface scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping within the agreed rooms and scope.

Before your cleaning
Tell us about the home's condition, pets, priority rooms, and any delicate finishes when requesting your quote. Clear counters and floors where possible so cleaning time goes toward surfaces rather than working around clutter. Photos help us understand heavier buildup and agree on a realistic scope. We clean reachable areas; heavy furniture and appliances are not moved as part of ordinary cleaning.
What needs separate approval?
Inside the refrigerator, oven, and empty cabinets or drawers are add-ons for a Deep Clean, not automatic inclusions. Range hood filter detail also needs approval. This is cleaning, not restoration: mold, biohazards, pest or animal waste, hoarding, construction debris, and full wall washing are outside this package.
No surprise extra work
If the home needs more work than expected, we stop and ask. You can approve additional cleaning at $60 per service hour, or keep the original price and agree on priorities within the original scope. One service hour means one cleaner for one hour or two cleaners for 30 minutes. We do not add a charge without your approval.

Common questions
Does deep cleaning include the oven and refrigerator interiors?
Not automatically. Appliance interiors are add-ons for a Deep Clean and need approval. They are included in the move-in / move-out package when emptied first, with a normal-use oven and the agreed scope.
Can a deep clean remove every stain?
We clean accessible buildup, including heavier soap scum and hard-water deposits, but cleaning cannot reverse permanent staining or surface damage. Please flag delicate surfaces and problem areas before the visit.
Can I continue with recurring cleaning afterward?
Yes. After the initial reset, weekly, every-two-week, or every-four-week cleaning can help maintain the home. We confirm the schedule and scope with you before booking.
