Recurring Cleaning in Charleston, SC

Spend less of your week catching up on housework. Tidy + Bright offers recurring house cleaning in Charleston for homes that are already in good shape and need regular upkeep. Choose weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks, then confirm a checklist that fits your home rather than assuming every visit includes a deep reset.

We confirm the scope, flat-rate price, and schedule before booking.

Is this the right clean for your home?

Weekly visits keep the gap between cleans short. Every-two-week cleaning offers regular help with kitchen, bathroom, dusting, and floor tasks. Every-four-week visits leave a longer interval, so the home's condition still matters when choosing the scope. Tell us how the home is used, whether there are pets, and what you handle between visits; we will help you decide whether recurring upkeep or an initial Deep Clean makes sense.

What is included?

  • Kitchen counters, backsplash, sink and faucet, microwave inside and outside, and appliance exteriors.
  • Bathroom toilets, bases and behind them, tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, counters, and mirrors.
  • Reachable routine dusting and the floor cleaning listed in your confirmed checklist.
  • Vacuuming and mopping in agreed rooms, with access and surface-care needs confirmed before cleaning.

Compare every room and add-on in our cleaning checklist. Your confirmed scope controls which rooms and tasks are included.

Before your cleaning

Homes with significant buildup should start with a Deep Clean rather than squeezing extra reset work into a maintenance visit. Share your priorities before the first clean, clear reachable surfaces, and explain entry arrangements and pet instructions. We aim for familiar cleaners whenever possible, but do not promise the same person or crew on every visit. Clear notes and an agreed checklist help keep expectations consistent when schedules change.

What needs separate approval?

Recurring cleaning is maintained-home upkeep. Cabinet-front detailing, heavier buildup, and interior appliance work are not all part of the routine package. Refrigerator and oven interiors require approval as add-ons. If conditions or priorities change, tell us before the next visit so we can confirm whether the original scope still fits.

No surprise extra work

If the home needs more work than expected, we stop and ask. You can approve additional cleaning at $60 per service hour, or keep the original price and agree on priorities within the original scope. One service hour means one cleaner for one hour or two cleaners for 30 minutes. We do not add a charge without your approval.

Read the checklist and satisfaction policy and service terms before booking. The separate three-hour-minimum hourly priority clean is time-based and does not carry the checklist satisfaction guarantee.

Common questions

Which recurring schedules can I request?

Weekly, every two weeks, and every four weeks. Your request is not a confirmed appointment; we confirm scope, price, and scheduling with you before booking.

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?

We aim to send familiar cleaners whenever possible. Availability can change, so we do not guarantee the same cleaner or crew every visit.

What if my home needs a reset first?

Homes with visible or significant buildup should start with a Deep Clean. Tell us about the condition and priorities so we can agree on the first visit and ongoing upkeep separately.
