Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning in Charleston, SC
An empty home gives us access to the places an everyday clean cannot reach. Our Charleston move-in and move-out cleaning is designed around that opportunity: emptied cabinets and drawers, appliance interiors, closets, and reachable details, with the rooms and any sweep areas agreed in your quote. Plan the clean around the move so boxes and furniture do not block the work you need.
We confirm the scope, flat-rate price, and schedule before booking.
Is this the right clean for your home?
Choose this package when leaving a home or preparing an empty home before unpacking. Unlike a Deep Clean in an occupied home, the move package includes specified empty interior spaces. If furniture or boxes remain, we clean what we can reach; the package does not include moving heavy items. Tell us your key handoff or arrival deadline before scheduling so we can discuss the work and access without promising an unconfirmed completion window.
What is included?
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning plus cabinet and drawer fronts, baseboards, door frames, and reachable details.
- Inside emptied cabinets and drawers, closets, and the refrigerator; empty these areas before the visit.
- Inside a normal-use oven. If the condition requires more work, we ask before going beyond the approved scope.
- Reachable vents, outlets, sills, floors, and any sweep areas specifically included in your quote.
Compare every room and add-on in our cleaning checklist. Your confirmed scope controls which rooms and tasks are included.
Before your cleaning
Arrange access after your belongings are out, or explain what will remain. Empty cabinets, drawers, and the refrigerator before arrival. Share any landlord or property-manager checklist so we can compare it with our scope rather than assume every requested task is included. Flag heavy appliance buildup, delicate finishes, and any garage or basement you want considered. Those extra spaces need to be quoted, not inferred from the bedroom count.
What needs separate approval?
Carpet or upholstery extraction and cleaning behind heavy appliances are separate services. Construction debris, hazardous waste, mold, and restoration are not part of a move clean. A cleaning visit cannot guarantee a deposit refund or a property inspection outcome; those decisions may depend on your lease, damage, and requirements beyond cleaning.
No surprise extra work
If the home needs more work than expected, we stop and ask. You can approve additional cleaning at $60 per service hour, or keep the original price and agree on priorities within the original scope. One service hour means one cleaner for one hour or two cleaners for 30 minutes. We do not add a charge without your approval.
Read the checklist and satisfaction policy and service terms before booking. The separate three-hour-minimum hourly priority clean is time-based and does not carry the checklist satisfaction guarantee.
Common questions
Does the home need to be empty?
That is best. Empty cabinets, drawers, closets, and the refrigerator give us access to the included interior work. If furniture or boxes remain, we clean only what we can safely reach.
Are the fridge and oven interiors included?
The move package includes the emptied refrigerator and a normal-use oven. If buildup needs additional work, we ask before increasing the scope or price.
Will this guarantee my security deposit is returned?
No. We agree on the cleaning scope, but a landlord's deposit or inspection decision may also depend on damage, lease terms, or requirements outside cleaning.
